New SPM C at Zuetina Expected to Return to Service Soon

In a significant development for the Zuetina Terminal, the new Single Point Mooring (SPM) C is anticipated to be ready and back in service either today or tomorrow. This upgrade marks a key milestone in the terminal’s operational enhancements.

The upcoming vessel, V Leycan, is scheduled to dock at the new SPM between 15/08 and 17/08. Should the operations proceed as planned, this will enable the terminal to begin accommodating Suezmax-sized tankers, a major upgrade from current capabilities.

The successful deployment of the new SPM C will significantly enhance the terminal’s capacity and efficiency, marking an important step forward in the ongoing development of Libya’s oil and gas infrastructure.

Navigator Shipping Agency will continue to provide updates on this development. Stay tuned for further information.
